How to Set a Custom Default Numbering Scheme
Snapnumbers presents five different numbering schemes and allows users to design as many customized approaches as they wish.
Here is how a user can set a scheme as a default so that it is used without specific selection.
1. Open Word's Normal.dotm template (the default Word template that controls all your default settings for every blank document you create),
2. Set the numbering scheme the way you want it,
3. then save and close the template.
The Normal file is located here: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Normal.dotm.
