All of the form tool files are stored in a place which is identified under tools.

No. It's not. It's under options path. This path, I'll click this button now.

This path specified here tells you where all of the form tool files are stored. For me, it's under c users, Scott, app data, roaming the form tool. I'm just gonna copy that path so that I can go to it quickly.

And I will go to my computer and go to that path.

And here's files that the form tool maintains for me. Master list files are stored here. That's the way they look. And also the answer files that I save, q and a tables that I've saved, changes that I've made to my holidays, and some settings are stored here as well.

You generally won't come in here and manipulate these yourself, but occasionally, if you what would be a circumstance you'd be in here? Oh, you might if you start out with a couple of solo copies of the form tool, you and someone else in your office, and then you decide you want to share all your information. You can each specify the same shared folder here in your path and then you can each individually take those master list files and other files and combine them in that shared location so that you each have access to each other's information.
