If you've created forms in the past, you may have already encountered the "a/an" problem. Consider this one-sentence form, where a state of incorporation is required:
The owner is a ________ corporation.
When the state of incorporation is Washington, you end up with:
The owner is a Washington corporation.
But if the state of incorporation is Idaho, you end up with:
The owner is a Idaho corporation.
Problem! The phrase "a Idaho" should really be "an Idaho". TheFormToolPRO offers an elegant solution: the conditional a/an. When creating the form, select the "a" character and click the Condition button to turn it into a conditional a/an. Now when the form is used, it will automatically switch between "a" and "an", as appropriate, with no extra steps required from the form user.
