The first letter in my table cells is always capitalized? How to change that

I am a subscriber or customer of the FormTool. I have a questions about capitalization. In the table, when I write an answer in the answer box, it capitalizes the first letter. So if I write "with respect to a matter before X agency" it will write "With respect to a matter before x agency"

Any way to change that so it does not capitalize first letter?
