I'm just getting started experimenting with this product, so if I'm just missing something here, let me know.

I want to build a master contacts list in each litigation file that I have. To do this, I need to include a pretty intensive set of data for each contact. Most notably, all contacts flagged as counsel will have a field called "SignatureBlock." This will be a fairly wide and long field, comprised of the entire signature block for the lawyer. It will be inserted on agreed motions, orders, etc.

The problem is that I am not going to have the physical space on the grid (which is on an 8.5 in page) to include all of the fields I am looking at, particularly after the signatureblock field is included.

Any suggestions?
