Wondered if you could help me with something of a TFT conundrum!

I am working on Windows 7 using Word 2007 and FT Pro v2.6b with fairly standard default settings and I cannot recollect changing anything in Word of any significance.....

I have several documents that use the FT ability for conditional sections but I am ending up with a blank page after I have petrified the documents so I tried changing the type of section breaks from next page to continuous etc and this didn’t seem to make a difference and I also tried making sure the FTform was either included or excluded from the final Section of the required document too but still no improvement.

So, I created a document to play around with to try and spot what I was doing wrong.  It has has three pages and each page is a different section.  There is a yes/no field and a variable field in the FT form which I am using: one is just junk to put a field on a page and the other is tested to make either page 2(Section 2) or page 3(Section 3) become removed when I petrify the document.

Everything works fine when the middle section is conditionally removed but as soon as section 3 is removed I end up with a blank page at the end when I petrify the document.  I attach the test document I have been using so you can see it too.  Could you tell me if I am doing something wrong, is there a work round until you fix it, or can you guide me how to get rid of the empty page please....

Many thanks for any help you can give.
