This video is a condensed version of a webinar presented December 5, 2012 to TheFormTool’s power users from around the world. It describes the four levels of “document IQ” that can be invoked by a form author to create the most efficient and “intelligent” document possible. The video demonstrates several relatively complex documents and displays ways to analyze how much of TheFormTool’s most sophisticated capabilities are used in each. The presentation also shows practical methods for measuring the financial benefits of using intelligent documents for repetitive tasks. Astute observers will notice the first public use of TheFormTool running in Word for Windows on a native Mac OS.
