I am preparing a Quit Claim Deed, the first part of which is:

Grantor:               Grantor Name

                                Grantor Address

When I insert my field for the Grantor Address, I need 2 lines. 

When I inserted my field, the first part of the address on the first line simply went across the page, into another line.

Do I need to insert some sort of margin, not knowing exactly where the address will end?

Also:

STATE OF MISSOURI       )

                                                )  ss

COUNTY OF ________ )

Is there a way to insert a field for the name of the county and have the “close paren” end in line with the previous two “close parens”?
