Capitalizing Items in a List

There are two super-easy ways to accomplish the capitalization that you want.
You can, of course, capitalize the children's names as they're entered in the Q&A Table.
The other approach is to set the format for each list item by:
1. inserting your cursor into each one of the three List fields
2. selecting the Field command
3. using the Fields, Lists and Conditions window to set the format to the capitalization level you'd like
