I have a fairly complex form that generates numbered paragraphs depending on options chosen by the user. When the form is being filled, a paragraph that is not supposed to be numbered is being numbered and a paragraph that is supposed to be numbered is having the number removed. The paragraphs are not contiguous to each other, but the two changes may be unrelated.

I have used numbered paragraphs in forms before and have never, ever run into this problem. Any ideas on what my problem is?
