You don't have to create the Q&A table from scratch every time. Click TheFormToolPRO's Table button to save an existing Q&A table for future use in other forms. You might even save several different Q&A tables, each one tailored for a different sort of form -- one for estate planning forms, one for incorporation forms, one for real estate forms, and so on. When it's time to create a new form, simply select the appropriate Q&A table that you previously saved, and you're on your way.
The Table button has two different functions, depending on whether or not a Q&A table already exists in the form that you're currently working on:
1. If the form does not yet contain a Q&A table, click the Table button to (a) add a blank Q&A table if you have not previously saved any Q&A tables; or (b) choose from a list of previously saved Q&A tables.
2. If the form already contains a Q&A table, click the Table button to open the Q&A table-saving screen.
