Word has the disconcerting habit of eating its young on a random basis. One minute the tab that opens TheFormTool or Doxserá is there on the menu bar where it's always been, the next thing you know it's gone. What to do?

If you've been using Doxserá or TheFormTool for a while, and then one day you open up Word and the tab is missing, the Doxserá tab or the form tool tab, it's probably because Word has disabled it. I'm gonna show you how to re-enable it if that happens to you. If there's a missing tab on your ribbon, click file, options.
Click add ins in the left column.
Down at the bottom where it says manage, choose disabled item, and click go.
If anything has been disabled, it'll show up in this window. Find any references to the form tool or Doxserá, select them, and click the enable button.
Once you've enabled any of those disabled items that you actually need, click close, Okay.
Then close Word completely. Make sure you close all, instances of Word. And then when you reopen Word, the tab will be restored.
