Is it possible to create an online platform for gathering the information that will then be inputted by your system into a word document?  For example, I would like to gather information from a customer, such as their name, address, etc using an html form or link that could be completed online.  I would then like to have this information automatically populate a form in word or pdf.  Can you do this?
