Strange vertical line in Q&A Table

As you can see in the TheFormTool Q&A Table, there is a line splitting the first cell in each row beginning on page 32 in “The First Name of Child” row. I cannot accept/delete format change, or merge the cells, or erase the line. How can I get rid of it? Thanks!
